Chuck passes the one year mark since losing Meka and reflects on what that means. He and Jme talk about letting go of things they hold on to for comfort and in tribute to their late spouse, but also agree it is painful to continue to do so. Letting go doesn't mean forgetting. Allowing other things like living in the present to water their grief is something they're both challenging themselves to do.

Welcome to Widows Peak! Chuck + Jme record their first podcast episode from Sausalito California.
Widows Peak
Chuck + Jme met in a Facebook group for widows just after losing their spouses. They discovered that both George and Meka died of heart failure too soon and through sharing their stories, it was revealed that there are limited resources and communities for widows. They set out to create this podcast to share their stories, give hope to others, document the legacy of their loves and show how one can fight to get back up to the top of the mountain.
